While it is perfectly understandable that hardworking and motivated individuals with big goals, lofty dreams and grand ambitions in life dedicate all of their time and energy to their respective professions in order to move closer to the great life that they have always wanted, it also rings true that they should take a big break every once in a while to prevent burning out and collapsing due to sheer exhaustion. And that is the reason why there are some folks out there who indulge their guilty pleasures and seek their innermost desires because they want to reward themselves for a job well-done through the years and nothing satisfies them more than driving around in brand new muscles cars, romping down the street in trendy clothes as well as adorning themselves with gaudy jewellery so that they can shine bright like a polished and precious gem. There are also thirsty travellers bitten by the travel bug who just want to escape the boring monotony of their daily life and that is the reason why they pack up their bags and take a vacation somewhere warm and sunny. 

But as for me and my whole crew, we just want to get together, party hard all night long, drink like a sailor on shore leave and gobble up a scrumptious spread of great food as if it was our last day on earth because we find comfort in one another and we feel that we are immortal as long as we stick together forever. This really makes me happy, content and truly elated to face New Year’s Eve with renewed vigour and enthusiasm because I know for a fact that better days lie in wait ahead as long as I am surrounded by these people who have my back all the time.
